Our 4-Stage Cut & Sew Production Process

How we take your initial concept from technical drafting to final inspect-and-pack delivery.

STEP 01

Design & CAD Patterning

We review your tech pack or reference sample to create digital CAD patterns, establish measurement tolerance charts, and calculate precise fabric consumption yield.

STEP 02

Sampling & Fit Approval

Our master tailors sew a physical pre-production sample. You receive photos, video reviews, or express physical samples for fit and measurement sign-off.

STEP 03

Automated Cutting & Assembly

Approved fabric rolls are laid out on automated spreading tables and cut with multi-layer precision before entering specialized line sewing stations.

STEP 04

AQL QC & Private Label Packaging

Every garment passes through thread trimming, iron pressing, 4-point final audit checks, branded tag attachment, polybag packing, and export boxing.

Buyer Knowledge Base

Frequently Asked Questions About Cut & Sew Manufacturing

Key information international apparel buyers ask regarding our technical sewing and bulk production capabilities.

Cut and sew manufacturing is a full-package OEM/ODM production method where garments are created entirely from scratch according to custom design specs. Unlike printing on stock blank clothing, cut and sew allows complete control over garment patterns, custom fabric weights (GSM), specialized dyes, contrast stitching, bespoke trim applications, and custom sizing breakdowns.
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style, per colorway. Within that 200-piece commitment, you can split sizes (for example: S, M, L, XL, XXL) free of pattern surcharge fees. We also produce 1 to 3 physical fit prototypes for approval prior to bulk cutting.
Our facility handles a broad garment scope: custom t-shirts, heavyweight pullover and zip hoodies, sweatpants, activewear, compression sets, shorts, swimwear, denim jeans, jackets, workwear uniforms, and fashion kidswear.
No, tech packs are not strictly mandatory. If you do not have complete CAD files or tech sheets, our technical design team can construct production-ready spec packages using your physical reference samples, dimensional photos, or detailed sketches.
We maintain consistency using CAD digitized cutting patterns, laser fabric cutters, standardized stitch-per-inch (SPI) settings, and inline line audits. Every bulk run is verified against approved pre-production samples adhering to AQL 2.5 defect limit standards.
