Comprehensive Industrial Apparel Printing Capabilities

Selected according to your fabric weight, blend, visual effect, target unit price, and wash durability requirements.

Silk screen printing process on custom t-shirts

Silk Screen Printing

The gold standard for durability and color vibrancy. Utilizing high-tension mesh screens and premium plastisol or water-based inks, screen printing delivers crisp solid colors across cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

Plastisol & Water-BasedHigh Volume
Tactile flock screen printing on fabric

Flock Screen Printing

Integrates adhesive compounds with micro-fiber flocking to generate a raised, velvety texture. Perfect for adding a luxurious tactile dimension to varsity apparel, hoodies, and premium graphic tees.

Water based pigment screen printing on white cotton garment

Water-Based & Pigment Printing

Uses water-soluble pigments that penetrate deep into natural cotton fibers. Yields an ultra-soft hand feel with zero ink weight, ideal for vintage fashion collections and light-colored garments.

Discharge screen printing on dark fleece hoodie

Discharge Screen Printing

Employs a specialized bleaching agent that strips the original fabric dye while depositing fresh pigment. Results in vibrant prints on dark cotton garments without heavy plastisol buildup.

Dark FabricsSoft Touch
High density 3D silicone printing with sharp edges

High-Density (3D) Printing

Uses heavy-viscosity silicone or specialty inks applied through thick capillary stencils. Produces clean, sharp-edged 3D raised graphic lettering on hoodies, sweatshirts, and activewear.

Vintage crackle screen print effect on streetwear garment

Crack / Shatter Print

Formulated with specialty inks that fracture naturally upon heat curing. Delivers an authentic aged, worn-in, vintage aesthetic popular in streetwear aesthetic collections.

Puff print expanding under heat treatment

Puff Screen Printing

Incorporate foaming blowing agents into plastisol inks. When passed through heat tunnels, the ink expands upwards creating a smooth, rounded 3D raised effect across artwork focal points.

Glow in the dark phosphorescent screen print

Glow-in-the-Dark Printing

Formulated with phosphorescent pigments that absorb ambient light and glow in low-light environments. Perfect for night running gear, promotional merchandise, and novelty lines.

All over dye sublimation printing on performance activewear

All-Over Dye Sublimation

Heat-gaseous ink fusion into polyester yarns. Provides 100% seam-to-seam coverage for activewear and jerseys with zero cracking, peeling, or fading over long-term usage.

Quality Control in Custom Apparel Printing

Preventing print defects like bleed-through, crocking, and misregistration through four inspection gates.

GATE 01

Artwork Vector Separation

Digital film generation, mesh count selection (80–305 mesh), and Pantone matching with lab-dip strike-off approval.

GATE 02

Pre-Treatment & Test Strike

Fabric pretreatment application for DTG/Discharge and test strike-offs to verify ink adhesion and stretch tolerance.

GATE 03

In-Line Carousel Audit

Hourly laser-guided registration checks, squeegee pressure balancing, and flash cure timing verification during runs.

GATE 04

Tunnel Curing & Wash Testing

Full infrared thermal curing followed by cross-hatch tape adhesion tests and ISO wash fastness verification before packing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Apparel Printing

Clear answers to technical printing inquiries routinely raised by international brand buyers.

We operate a full-service internal printing floor capable of automated Silk Screen Printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge, flock, crackle), Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Dye Sublimation, Puff Print, High-Density 3D Print, Glow-in-the-Dark, and Tagless Heat Transfers.
Our standard MOQ is 200 units per style/artwork. You can split sizes (S through 3XL) within the 200-unit batch at no additional setup charge. Pre-production sample strike-offs are completed for sign-off prior to bulk production runs.
We use premium eco-friendly inks (OEKO-TEX certified) combined with forced-air infrared conveyor tunnel curing. Every print run is tested under ISO 105-C06 standards to ensure zero cracking, peeling, or color fading for over 50 industrial wash cycles.
Please provide vector files created in Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines. For DTG or digital prints, high-resolution Photoshop files (.PSD or .PNG) at 300 DPI or higher are required along with designated Pantone (PMS) color codes.
Yes. For all-over graphics or seam-overriding artwork, we utilize roll-to-roll dye sublimation for synthetic fabrics or print cut-panels prior to final garment sewing for cotton fleece and jersey styles.
